FIELDTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is prepared to state what the Government intend doing with respect to the provisions of a building fund for the erection of suitable technical schools in Ireland; and whether it is intended to continue the equivalent grant upon the original terms, as understood by the local authorities who levied a rate, to aid in supporting technical schools within their rateable area.
