HC Deb 11 February 1904 vol 129 c1037
MR. EDWARD MITCHELL (Fermanagh, N.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland, whether, in view of the fact that the tenants on the estate of Collum, a lunatic in county Fermanagh, proposed to purchase their holdings under the Land Act of 1903, and were referred by the Lord Chancellor to the receiver, Mr. M'Clintock, of Dublin, and that the receiver at once proceeded to serve ejectments on the tenants, he will state if this has been done by the authority of the Lord Chancellor.

MR. WYNDHAM

I am informed that no proposals to purchase have been sent to the receiver by the tenants on this estate.
