HC Deb 08 February 1904 vol 129 cc591-2
MR. BOLAND

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the National Board of Education has finally decided on the plans for new schools; and whether the necessary steps will be taken to facilitate the immediate erection of a school at Lettir, Glenbeigh, County Kerry.

MR. WYNDHAM

The applicant for a grant to build the school at Lettir has elected to wait until the new plans have been sanctioned. In respect to the general question, the Irish Government is in communication with the Treasury, and I hope shortly to be in a position to make an announcement on the subject.
