§ MR. REGINALD LUCAS (Portsmouth)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether it is the intention of the Board to receive deputations representing the various trades in His Majesty's dockyards this year in continuance of those granted last year.
565 (Answered by Mr. Pretyman.) The Board visited the dockyards at Portsmouth, Plymouth, and Chatham during last financial year for the purpose of receiving deputations; and Pembroke and Sheerness will be similarly visited this year. It is not proposed to visit every yard every year.
