§ LORD GEORGE HAMILTONTo ask the Secretary of State for India if any reply has been received by the India Office from the Government of India in response to a telegram sent on 7th August, 1903, by the then Secretary of State asking for the views of the Indian Government upon the subject of preferential tariffs; and, if so, would he lay it upon the Table of the House.
