HC Deb 04 February 1904 vol 129 c331
MR. KENDAL O'BRIEN (Tipperary, Mid)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in view of promised legislation in connection with Irish labourers, he will, for the information of the House, issue as a Parliamentary Paper the reports which he has received from the Local Government inspectors on the operation of the existing Acts and the direction in which they think new legislation may be most advantageously applied.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) The reports furnished by these inspectors are confidential documents, and as such it would not be in accordance with practice or precedent to publish them.
