To ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will lay upon the Table of the House the information recently received from His Majesty's Representatives and the Consular service abroad, relating to the causes and effects of the tariff wars between France and Italy, France and Switzerland, and Germany and Russia.
