To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can state how much public money has been expended on piers and harbours in Ireland, other than piers and harbours in congested districts, since January. 1900; from what sources the money was supplied; and whether the sums were loans from the Board of Works or grants from the Treasury.
