Member for South Antrim, I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the Department of Agriculture and Technical Instruction have yet decided to publish their accounts, showing what allocation of the funds at their disposal in each financial year has been made to each respective county in Ireland.
