To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieu-tenant of Ireland whether he can explain the delay in the sale of the Nixon property, in the county of Fermanagh, consisting of the townlands of Leam, Mare, and Tonyloam (barony of Clenawly) and Carrickaheana and Kilmalanopy (barony of Tukemedy), the order for which was made in November, 1903; and will the Estates Commissioners take steps towards expediting the sale

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) Applica-cation for the sale of this property was lodged with the Commissioners on the 12th July, and will be dealt with in due course.
