§ MR. SLOAN (Belfast, S.)On behalf of the hon. Member for South Antrim, I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in view of the practice to have at least one Protectant head constable of the Royal Irish Constabulary stationed in the city of Cork, he will say whether there is one stationed there at present; and, if not, whether he will order one to be sent there as soon as possible.
