MURPHYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state at whose request and for what purpose a training ship is about to be sent to Lough Swilly; and if representations are made to him by the inhabitants as to the undesirability of having a training ship in the locality, he will take steps to prevent the placing of the ship in Lough Swilly.
