WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland if he will state what action the Fishery Board for Scotland propose to take in regard to the petitions which they have received from the districts of Applecross, Plockton, Ardneaskan, Kishorn, and Lochcarron, Ross-shire, relative to daylight fishing and the use of messenger ropes.
