SCHWANNTo ask the Secretary of State for India whether he has received the petition of Mr. Bruce Reynolds Wilson, of Sudder House, Amballa Cant., Punjaub, India; whether the Papers referred to will be laid upon the Table of the House; and what action he proposes to take to remedy the alleged grievances of that petitioner, or at any rate to have an adequate inquiry made into them.
