§ MR. SLOANI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if his attention has been called to a memorial to the Lord-Lieutenant, in the case of a child called Travers, aged seven, who was committed to the Sligo Convent Industrial School in May last without the knowledge or consent of the child's guardian, for the release of this child; and, if so, will the memorial be granted.
