§ MR. VINCENT KENNEDYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have received any application for the sale of the estate of the Rev. Mr. Slator, in the union and county of Cavan; and, if so, are they endeavouring to negotiate for the reinstatement of John M'Nally, whose farm is now in the bailiffs' hands, in connection with this application.
