§ MR. SLOANI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will explain why the salary of national teacher of School, Roll No. 11,035, Circuit 18, Section A, has not been paid for quarter ended 31st March, 1904, seeing the Rules 200, Section (e), Sub-section (1), and 212, Sections (b) and (c), have been fulfilled; and, as there is no mention made of quarterly average, will he say why annual averages are not obtained in this case as in others.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe average attendance for the March quarter was only 8.5. The case has been dealt with in accordance with the invariable practice under Rule 212 (a).
