To ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will present to this House a statement showing which of the Colonies have established systems of graduated income-tax, or of income-tax levied at different rates on earned and on unearned incomes, or both, with particulars in each case of the rates of tax and the system of assessment and collection.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Lyttelton.) If the hon. Member will move for a Return, in the form that the Treasury or *Figures for 1st Battalion, Queen's Rifle Volunteer Brigade, which alone forms part of the Field Army, cannot be given separately.
