§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES (Mr. LYTTELTON,) Warwick and LeamingtonI understand that 2,976 Chinese labourers have arrived in South Africa and 1,988 are on their way. Wives and families have not accompanied their husbands on the first voyage, but the names of a considerable number have been registered under the Ordinance.
