I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in view of the accumulated funds and annual revenue now and hereafter to be placed at the disposal of the Egyptian Government, by virtue of the Anglo-French Agreement, will he state the financial programme that the British advisers to the Egyptian Government propose to recommend.

The hon. Member will find in the Blue-book, Egypt, No. 2 (1904) which has just been laid before Parliament a despatch from Lord Cromer dated the 22nd of April last describing the financial programme which he recommends.
