HC Deb 08 August 1904 vol 139 c1487

Considered in Committee.

(In the Committee.)

[Mr. JEFFREYS (Hampshire, N.) in the Chair.]

Clauses 1 to 5 agreed to.

Clause 6:—

MR. WHITLEY (Halifax)

said he had given notice of a number of Amendments on the Bill, but as the Postmaster-General had met him in regard to the questions he intended to raise he would not move the Amendments. The Amendment to Clause 6 dealt with rights of way, and although he did not wish to press it now, he would state his objection on a future occasion.

Clause 6 agreed to.

Remaining clauses agreed to.

Bill reported without Amendment, read the third time, and passed.
