HC Deb 08 August 1904 vol 139 c1348
GENERAL LAURIE (Pembroke and Haverfordwest)

To ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, in the event of inability on account of time to pass the Port of London Bill during the present session, he proposes to ask the House to arrange for carrying it over in its present position to the next session of Parliament.

(Answered by Mr. A. J. Balfour.) I must refer my hon. and gallant friend to the statement I made on this subject to-day.
