§ MR. CHARLES CRAIGI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state what is the cause of the delay in proceeding with the erection of the new school in Dungannon, for which a free site has been granted, and which has been approved by the Board of Works, and for which a scheme has been approved by the Commissioners of Education; and will he state when will the revised plans and estimates, for which the persons interested in this school have been waiting for eighteen months, be ready.
§ MR. WYNDHAMIn this case the Commissioners provisionally sanctioned a grant for a new school-house under the existing regulations. The applicant has since elected, however, to postpone the erection of a school-house pending a decision on the question of the revision of the plans and estimates.
§ MR. CHARLES CRAIGMay I remind the right hon. Gentleman that this has been delayed eighteen months?
§ MR. WYNDHAMThat is a matter for the Treasury and not for me.
