O'SHAUGHNESSYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord - Lieutenant of Ireland if he can state whether Lord Southwell's Estate, in the county of Limerick, has been sold to the tenants; if so, at what price; and whether Julius Baker, of Ballingrane, in the said county, representative of Anne Baker, deceased, an evicted tenant on the estate, will be reinstated; and, further, will he state what provision is being made for the other evicted tenants on the property.
