Departmental Committee which reported that all animals, without exception, must be stunned or otherwise rendered unconscious before blood is drawn.

The subject, is, however, receiving my consideration.

§ MR. WALTER LONGThat is one suggestion I am considering. I shall be very glad if I am able indirectly to do something in that direction.
