§ MR. BELL (Derby)To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he can state when the Return of Hours worked by Railway Servants in October, 1903, will be issued.
(Answered by Mr. Gerald Balfour.) A number of the companies have not yet sent in their Returns, and their attention has been called to the matter. I cannot say when the complete Return will be issued, but no time will be lost by the Board of Trade in hastening its completion.
