HC Deb 02 August 1904 vol 139 cc534-5
MR. DELANY

On behalf of the hon. Member for the Birr Division of King's County, I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that a tenant nettled James Dooley, the Pass, Kinnity, King's county, estate of F. P. Bennett, whose rent was raised on appeal from £110 7s. 6d., fixed by the Sub - Commission, to £116 7s. 6d., has applied by letter three times to the Land Commission for a copy of the Court assessor's report in his case, and has been denied even a reply to his communications; and, if so, whether he will state why this information has been withheld.

MR. WYNDHAM

A copy of the report was sent to this tenant on Tuesday last.
