MOONEY (Dublin County, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can now state when the decision of the Local Government Board will be given on the appeal of the Rathmines Commissioners from the order of the Dublin County Council; and if he can state the cause of the delay.
§ MR. WYNDHAMIt is impossible to state, even approximately, when the Board will arrive at a decision in the case. I am informed that important questions of law have arisen in connection with it, and that upon these the Board is taking the opinion of counsel.
