I beg to ask the President of the†See (4) Debates, ciii.,40.‡ See page 18.1296 Board of Trade whether inquiries are being made as to the places of origin, shipment, and intended destination of a number of rifles found amongst bags of rice at Makalen, on the south-east coast of Arabia, recently seized there by the Indian marine steamer "Dalhousie."
