HC Deb 27 April 1904 vol 133 c1299
DR. MACNAMARA (Camberwell, N.)

I beg to ask the Secretary to the Board of Education whether the Board is satisfied that the London County Council and the London borough councils, respectively, have appointed their shares of the managers of the voluntary schools; and. if not, whether he will advise the Board to delay the operation of Part III. of the Act until these appointments have been made.

SIR WILLIAM ANSON

The Board have no reason to suppose that either the County Council or the borough councils will find any difficulty in making the appointments in question; under these circumstances there seems no reason for postponing the operation of Part III. of the Act.
