Ordered, That the Select Committee on the Private Legislation Procedure (Wales) Bill do consist of Eleven Members.

The Committee was accordingly nominated of Mr. Cripps, Mr. Vaughan-Davies, Mr. John Ellis, Mr. Henry Hob-house, Mr. Jeffreys, Mr. Brynmor Jones, Mr. William Redmond, Mr. Parker Smith. Mr. Eugene Wason, Mr. Worsley-Taylor. and Colonel Wyndham-Quin.

Ordered, That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers, and records.

Ordered, That five be the quorum.

Ordered, That it be an Instruction to the Committee that (before going through the Bill) they shall inquire and report upon the working in Scotland, under the Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) Act, 1899, of the scheme proposed in the Bill, and upon the expediency of extending the provisions of the Bill, with or without modifications, to other parts of the United Kingdom.—(Sir A.
