HC Deb 25 April 1904 vol 133 c1043
MAJOR SEELY (Isle of Wight)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies if the resolution lately passed by the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia in opposition to the proposal to import Chinese indentured labour into the Transvaal has been communicated to this Government; and whether he will have laid upon the Table the text of this resolution and of any other resolutions on this subject passed by Colonial Legislatures during the last six months.

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES (Mr. LYTTELTON,) Warwick and Leamington

I have not yet received the resolution referred to. It will be published when received. I am not aware of any other resolution of the kind which has not been published.
