HC Deb 20 April 1904 vol 133 c679
SIR GILBERT PARKER (Gravesend)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies if the resolution lately passed by the New Brunswick Legislature in favour of preferential relations has been communicated to this Government; and whether he will have laid upon the Table the text of all resolutions in favour of preferential relations passed by Colonial Legislatures since 1890.

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE COLONIES (Mr. LYTTELTON,) Warwick and Leamington

No such resolution has reached me. I shall be prepared to lay the Papers for which the hon. Member asks, but it will take some time to collect them.

* MAJOR SEELY (Isle of Wight)

And will the right hon. Gentleman also lay on the Table the resolutions passed by the Governments of the Colonies in opposition to some other proposals?

MR. LYTTELTON

There are none such.
