I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether ho can state in terms of years purchase the maximum, minimum, and average prices at which quit rents, Crown rents, and tithe rents were redeemed in Ireland in the years ending 31st December, 1901, 1902, and 1903.

With respect to tithe rents, the average number of years purchase during the last three years is as follows:—In 1901, 22.11 years; in 1902, 22.07 years; in 1903, 22.2 years. With respect to quit rents and Crown rents, I must ask the hon. Member to address this part of the Question to my hon. friend the Secretary to the Treasury.
