HC Deb 18 April 1904 vol 133 c374
SIR HENRY FOWLER (Wolverhampton, E.)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies when the Trinidad and British Guiana Ordinances relating to immigration of Indian coolies will be circulated; and when the Regulations with reference to Chinese immigration into the Transvaal will be laid on the Table.

The Ordinances will be circulated on the 21st of April. The Regulations will be laid as soon as possible, but I cannot yet fix a definite date.
