brought the Education Act into operation within that month and the number of educational districts in which it is not yet in operation, distinguishing between England and Wale;.

the appointed day for Part II. fell on an earlier date than that for Part III. of the Act. These authorities have been given under the month in which the appointed day for Part III. was fixed. The appointed day has not yet been reached in the following areas:—
