HC Deb 18 April 1904 vol 133 c359
MR. JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)

To ask the Postmaster-General whether he is prepared to announce the decision of the Department on the questions laid before his predecessor in July last by a deputation representing the London Postal Porters' Association; and, if not, when a reply will be forthcoming.

(Answered by Lord Stanley.) The representations made by the deputation of porters in the London postal service at their interview with my predecessor in July last are under consideration; but I am not prepared to give my decision until I have seen the Report of the Committee on Post Office Wages now sitting.
