To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will say for what purpose a Mr. Cyril Atkinson has been appointed by the Local Government Board in connection with the Labourers Acts; what qualifications Mr. Atkinson has for the performance of such duties; and will he have to make any reports for publication before the discussion on the Labourers Bill.
