HC Deb 18 April 1904 vol 133 c385
MR. CLANCY

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he means to deal this session with the question of extending to Ireland the provisions regarding deaf and dumb children which have been in force in England for several years past, and under which a sum of £37,090 for deaf, blind, and defective children in England has been placed on the Estimates for the current year, while no grant is made for such a purpose in Ireland.

MR. WYNDHAM

I hope to be able to deal with this mailer by legislation dining the present session, but I cannot at present give a pledge.
