HC Deb 18 April 1904 vol 133 cc385-6
MR. WILLIAM ABRAHAM (Cork County, N. E.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-.Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can arrange that receivable orders for payments to the Board of Works in Ireland may be paid into the Board of Works account through other banks than the Bank of Ireland.

I will endeavour to arrange that in these cases the receivable order shall bear a note (as Land Commission receivable orders already do) to the effect that lodgment † See (4) Debates, cxxxii., 848. may be made at any bank for advice to the Bank of Ireland.
