FIELDI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he will consider the advisability of appointing a Select Committee to consider and report upon the prevailing system of gambling in futures options, and warrants, and its effect upon legitimate speculation and bonâ fide trade, especially with regard to 395 foodstuffs, metals, cotton, and other raw materials.
