HC Deb 14 April 1904 vol 133 c197
SIR WILFRID LAWSON (Cornwall, Camborne)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for India a Question of which I have given him private notice, namely, whether any information has been received at the India Office corroborating the statement in The Times of to-day that 200 additional Tibetans had been killed in further military operations.

My right hon. friend has asked me to say that he has received no information in addition to that which has been already published, but that a telegraphic inquiry has been addressed to the Viceroy of India asking whether the statement in The Times is accurate.
