§ MR.JOYCEI beg to ask the Postmaster-General if he will explain why several telegraphists at Limerick who do duty on the postal side are invariably employed or, minor duties in the sorting office; and whether he will arrange that these officers are afforded an opportunity of qualifying in counter and other duties, and of joining in the general rotation of duties.
