HC Deb 13 April 1904 vol 133 cc83-4
SIR JOHN TUKE (Edinburgh and St. Andrew's Universities)

On behalf of the hon. Member for the University of London, I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether opportunity will he given to discuss in the House, before action is taken, the portion of the Report of the War Office (Re-constitution) Committee which bears on the health of the Army.

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

The Army Medical Vote is down for to-morrow and it might be possible to discuss this matter on it. I only throw that out as a suggestion.

DR. FARQUHARSON (Aberdeenshire, W.)

I understood that the right hon. Gentleman had promised us distinctly a direct opportunity of debating this question.
