I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will now lay Papers upon the Table giving the communications which have passed between himself and the High Commissioner, and the High Commissioner and the owners of the Witwatersrand gold mines, respecting the grievous mortality among the Kaffirs working underground in the mines.
