CAREW (Meath, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty, with reference to the portion of the statement issued by the First Lord of the Admiralty with the Navy Estimates as to the re-adjustment of the relative rank of medical and accountant officers of the Royal Navy, when he expects to be able to give the details which were then in process of being worked out.
