HC Deb 27 May 1903 vol 123 c12
MR. JOHN MURPHY (Kerry, E.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will consider the propriety of using portion of the equivalent grant for the purpose of improving the heating and other accommodation of primary schools in Ireland; the free grant of books and other requisites for poor children attending such schools; and the creation of a fund for the assistance of children who are too poor to procure higher education otherwise.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) I have nothing at present to add to the replies already given by me to similar Questions.
