§ Copies presented, of Orders in Council of 20th May, 1903, (a) providing that the powers and duties of a British Consular Officer under the Act shall in the New Hebrides be exercised by the Resident Deputy Commissioner; (b) approving By-laws made by the Cardiff Pilotage Board; and (c) fixing the Engineering Establishment of the Corporation of Trinity House [by Act]; to lie upon the Table.
