§ MR. WYNDHAMFull information in respect to Columns 1, 3, and 4 of the proposed Return is already published in the annual Reports of the Local Government Board, which are presented to Parliament. The publication of dates under Columns 5 and 6 would be misleading without reasons explanatory of the delays, for which the Board is in no way responsible. For a general statement on this particular subject I refer the hon. Member to the Board's Annual Report for 1901.
