WINSTON CHURCHILL (Oldham)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether, seeing that the officer who is second in command of the 5th Lancers is also second in command of the provisional regiment at Norwich, it is his intention to preserve the provisional regiment at Norwich; and if so, whether steps will be taken to fill the vacancy in the 5th Lancers.
